I am going to tell you about home treatment for kidney stone pain and home remedies for passing a kidney stone. You are going to learn a vegetable home remedy for kidney stones, with herbs to reduce kidney stones.

This article could be enough to cure your kidney stones
Of all the home remedies for passing a kidney stone, this one is the most valuable.
First check your water and exercise
The one key nutrient in kidney stones
Recent research has shown that all, repeat ALL, degenerative diseases are caused by a lack of calcium in the diet. Heart disease, gallstones, kidney stones, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, and many, many more diseases are all caused by lack of dietary calcium.
I am going to say it one more time kidney stones are caused by lack of calcium!
"But my doctor told me to cut out calcium, because my stones are made of calcium."
If you stop eating calcium, it does not prevent kidneystones. Low blood-calcium actually causes kidney stones.
Meanwhile, your body takes the missing calcium out of your other organs, such as your bones. Your blood calcium level will always remain the same. It depends upon your blood's type. Typically, if you have kidney stones, your blood's type is A.

If your blood's type is A, then you should not eat much dairy produce. And when you do eat it you should choose from this list:
• farmer cheese
• kefir
• lowfat mozzarella
• lowfat ricotta
• string cheese
• goat's cheese (feta)
• goat's milk
• yogurt

Just about every other form of dairy produce would be harmful to you, if your blood's type is A. If your blood's type is B or AB, then eat all dairy produce, but especially from the list above. Type AB also benefits from cottage cheese.

Of course I am assuming that you already know that pasteurized milk is deadly, that only raw milk is wholesome.
If your blood's type is O, then you ought to avoid dairy produce altogether, or else keep it to a tiny minimum.

Everybody ought to get calcium from vegetables as much as possible. Here is the list. This is your vegetable home remedy for kidney stones:

Calcium And Magnesium Work Together
A Natural Remedy For Kidney Stones
This is the second in a series of scholarly articles on kidney stones. In these articles I tell you about a vegetable home remedy for kidney stones, using a diet to prevent calcium oxalate stones, and all other kinds as well. I am going to tell you about home treatment for kidney stone pain, and home remedies for passing a kidney stone. Twice each day, if you eat cooked whole grain plus beans, in approximately equal amounts...

...and if you have, along with them, some green vegetable, then you ought to stay free from any serious diseases, including kidney stones.
That kind of meal gives you your calcium and your magnesium in a good ratio; plus you also get a perfect balance of all 28 of your essential amino acids, as a bonus.

Daniel Knew
You remember Daniel, of course. The top Babylonian wanted to give to Daniel and his fellows a share of the meat and wine from his meal.
What Is "Pulse"

Pulse means split peas and lentils, basically. It is great to get a big variety of beans, but pulse can be cooked faster, and may be also more easily digested than, say, pinto beans or navy beans. But if you cook them extra there may not be such a difference.

Not only the beans, but the grains and the greens!
Calcium and magnesium have to work together. If you eat too little of one, it is just as if you ate too much of the other.
Or vice-versa (excuse my Roman), if you eat enough of one, but too much of the other...

...then it is the same as if you didn't eat enough of the first one. Women with menstrual cramps have often been found to be on a high-dairy and low-grains diet. That means too much calcium, too little magnesium. Put them on grains and beans, and voila, no cramps!

With too little magnesium in your diet you may have symptoms 1) cramp in your calf, and/or 2) soreness after mild exercise, and/or 3) craving chocolate. But check it out, even with a good supply of magnesium in your food, if you eat too much calcium, you get the same symptoms. Because too much calcium is like too little magnesium. And vice versa (excuse my Roman).

Some Foods Contain Both Calcium And Magnesium
Nuts and seeds

Greens (magnesium is in chlorophyll, and green plants all have chlorophyll). Fish (but all fish are contaminated until we get rid of the "New World Order")

Apricots, prunes
Beans: split peas, tofu, lima, red kidney, black turtle, navy, white, lima, soy

Calcium is in these foods:
• Dairy produce
• Lemons
• Rhubarb
• Cauliflower
• Gelatin

Magnesium is in these foods:
• Whole grains
• Legumes, tofu
• Wheat germ
• Apples, pears
• Honey

What Causes You To Need Extra Magnesium
If you were to eat refined sugar, or if you were to consume alcohol, they would increase the excretion of your bodily magnesium. Then you would need to consume more magnesium.

Additional Benefits Of Calcium And Magnesium In Your Food
Magnesium and calcium each helps to prevent constipation. Magnesium is a gentle laxative. By normalizing the muscular tension in your colon, magnesium brings normal peristalsis ("peristalsis" means "squeezing" motion).

Magnesium, in your gastrointestinal tract, attracts water, it brings more water into your colon. The water softens your turds & increases absorption of water into your blood's stream, if you need it.

Calcium in your food, upon reaching your colon, combines with surplus bile and with decaying fat. The combination creates a soluble soap that you shit out.
Magnesium, in your food, along with calcium, prevents arthritis and osteoporosis.
Go and eat some greens. Eat them now.
